3m frame showing roof strut
system.
The
Standard awning frames are constructed from 1mm gauge, 25mm box section steel,
white powder coated and the frame, including re-enforcing roof strut system(12
bars) is made from seamless and weldless extruded ovel steel for extra strength.
It comes fully assembled, is very strong and erects in under two minutes.
The roof canopy is manufactured from 270g polyester P.U. coated to
ensure it's fully rainproof. The canopy has a aluminum coating on the inside
which acts as a UV stabilizer,this also acts as reflector for light.All seems
are double stitched with double re-enforcing in the corners and stress areas to
ensure durability.The roof canopy is a fully tailored fit to the frame work.
Commercial Grade.
The commercial grade shelter is available in 5m x 2.5m and 3m x 3m
They are the same excellent design as the standard range but constructed from
1.2mm gauge 25mm box section steel, zinc coated. The frame including
re-enforcing roof-st ut system (12 bars) is made from seamless and weldless
extruded oval steel for extra strength it comes fully assembled, is very strong
and erects in under 2 minutes.
The
commercial canopy is manufactured from 350 gram polyester PU coated to insure
its fully rain proof. The commercial canopy also has a rubber coating on the
inside which is taped sealed and fully flame retarded.
3x3 Awning with sides showing
window & door.
The Pro-zip sides are made from 180g PU coated polyester to ensure
complete rain proofing and come complete in own carrier bag.
2.2m x 2.2m and 3m x 3m shelter sides have one door and one window,
which has a flap to block out, or may be rolled up and two solid sections. The
sides fix to the frame work using velcro and ties, each panel has zipped ends
and when zipped together ensures a water tight and windproof seam on all corners
as well as a professional look.
5m x 2.5m Shelter sides have 2 windows and 2 doors, plus a double
length solid section. As all sections have zipped ends you can fix to suit your
requirements or conditions of the day.
Commercial Pro-zip sides
The Commercial Pro-zip sides are made from 250g PU coated polyester which is rubber coated and fully flame retarded.They fix to the shelter using luggage straps and a velcro strip, as the commercial shelter has five point adjustable legs, the commercial sides have an extra skirt to accommodate this with D- rings for extreme weather conditions.They also have a full panel zip door way and panorama window using improved window material.

Step1
Remove
shelter from bag, Tilt onto one leg, raising 3 legs off the ground. |

Step2
Walk
back still raising 3 legs off the ground. The Shelter will extend. |

Step 3
Go
to the inside of the shelter, and push up on the roof structure that goes
from corner to corner.This will raise the roof structure. |
|
|
Step 4
Push up on diagonal roof bars
and click the black corner joints into position over the locking buttons. Note:
Canopy has been removed from picture for demonstration purposes. |

Step 5
Connect the extra roof
support trusses - two in each corner. Important - Do not forget to release the trusses before
taking down the shelter. |

Step 6
Extend the legs until the
buttons pop out through the leg adjustment holes. Note:
Canopy has been removed from picture for demonstration purposes. |

Step 1
Remove shelter from bag |

Step 2
With partner opposite you ,
take hold of the legs, lifting slightly from the ground. Take a few step backwards and
extend arms, pulling the frame out. |
|
|
Step 3
Once
your arms are fully extended, take hold of frame in the middle again, and
again lift slightly from the ground. Take a few steps back extending arms,
pulling the frame further out. |
|
|
Step 4
Go to
the inside of the shelter and gently push together the 3 apexes while
raising the the frame off the ground , allowing it to fully extend. Clip
the 4 corner joints and 2 centre joints into position over locking
buttons. Note:

Step 5
Extend legs out until buttons
until the buttons pop out Job Done - 2 minutes max ! |
